About the company from Victoria the owner of Pippalily:
It's such a treat to be able to share Pippalily with you. As a mother, I am committed to only offering practical parenting tools - of course with style. If I am not currently using it, or never have, I won't make it!

It all started when my first baby, daughter Avery, was born I received a baby sling as a gift. With newborn Avery needing lots of holding and cuddling, I was having a challenging time figuring out how to manage life without the use of both hands! I had no idea how I was going to get through the next year or more without them. Once I received a baby sling, it became my survival tool from the first time Avery and I used it.
Seeing as my daughter wanted to be worn all of the time, I never left the house without my baby carrier. I'm by no means a fashionista, but I knew that there was no need to compromise style for sensibility. I started searching for unique and stylish slings but wasn't able to find what I was looking for...so that's why Pippalily's baby slings were born. Since then, my slings have been invaluable allowing me to carry and nurture Oliver then Quinn while having my hands free to play, parent...and of course work!
I am definitely aware of all the psychological and developmental benefits of babywearing, but who's kidding who! I was looking for a stylish survival tool and the other benefits were just icing on the cake. I needed a simple solution to help me manage my life and the sling became just that.
In April 2008, I launched Pippalily Accessories committing further to our mission statement of Practical parenting with style!
I hope that Pippalily products are that special little something that helps to simplify your life and allows you to have fun at the same time!
Cheers,
Victoria Turner

My Review:Oh my gosh! I love Pippalily! It took me a long time to decide which Pippalily sling I wanted because there are so many cute patterns to choose from. I finally decided on the Lacework pattern in cotton(pictured above with the brown, pink and green)The Pippalily sling is adorable, well made and a life saver. I love baby wearing. I am all about keeping my babies close. That's what every baby wants anyway. They just want their Mommy, ok or Daddy. Pippalily even has a couple slings for Dad to wear in the cottons. I have cleaned house, made meals, gone on walks, you name it with my babies snug in a little pouch. I wouldn't have it any other way. That's why I was so excited to find Pippalily carried adorable slings in very stylish patterns. I think I was drawn to the lacework pattern for a couple of reasons one, it's very cute and two, I just love that cute little head poking out in the picture and all snuggled in to his mama. If you haven't tried baby wearing you should. It really allows you to do so much while still keeping your baby happy and feeling loved. Pippalily also carries other products that are very cute too. they have minky blankets, diaper clutches, straps, gift sets and bamboo swaddlers.
I love this sky minky blanket and the straps are such a good idea for keeping track of and keeping clean, items that babies like to throw. This shop is adorable and I had a great experience with receiving my sling. I highly recommend you buy a product from Pippalily.
